Since 1977, the YWCA’s annual Tribute Awards have honored over 175 women representing a distinguished sorority of leaders and trail-blazers. The Tribute luncheon, where honorees receive formal recognition, is one of our community’s most popular and widely-supported celebrations.

YWCA Tribute Award honorees are selected within a number of areas for their extraordinary efforts to strengthen our community. These areas include: Advocacy; Arts; Business, Management, Industry, & Labor; Community Service; Professions; Sports, Fitness, & Wellness; and Student.

Because developing leaders among young women is key to the YWCA’s vision, the YWCA Tribute Student Honoree will also receive the Judy Lloyd Student Leadership Award Scholarship. This $2,000 award is designated to help Student Honorees achieve their education goals after graduation from high school.
