Deep Encounter: Listening with an Open Heart
A National Vocation Discernment Retreat for Hispanic Women

There will be a national vocation discernment retreat in San Antonio, Texas for Hispanic Catholic women Mar. 7 – 10, 2019. This event is sponsored by the National Catholic Sisters Project through a grant from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, and I am serving on the planning committee. I will also be one of the presenters at the retreat, and Sr. Orlanda Leyba will be a Sister Participant/Table Facilitator. Among the Sister presenters, facilitators, committee members, and the discussion panel, several religious congregations will be represented.

Our target audience is a Catholic Hispanic woman between the ages of 21 – 40. However, she does not have to be bilingual. Some of the presentations will be in English and some will be in Spanish, and translations for all presentations will be available for those who need them (from English to Spanish and from Spanish to English).

If you know of someone who is interested, please share the information below, or put them in contact with Sister Chela Gonzalez OP, Registrations opened Sept.15. Register online Find on facebook https://www.facebook.com/events/184062915844538/
