The Prairie Habitat at Marywood changes with the seasons. In summer, it is covered with vibrant blossoms galore. In its autumn phase is the flowering of assorted asters, goldenrods, sneezeweed and other later bloomers. It’s a busy time for finches and pollinators.

We’d welcome your assistance in sustaining this native habitat that benefits many native pollinator species, birds and other small mammals. For more information or to arrange a time to consider this possibility, please contact S. Lucille Janowiak, mljanowiak@grdominicans.org or 616-558-4915.
