Aquinas College psychology students participated in an intergenerational project with Dominican Sisters from Marywood and Aquinata Hall Feb. 4, 2015. Three members of our health team: Laurie Sefton, Monica Anderson, and Sonja Visser led an agenda introduced students to the active Wellness theory Sisters engage with at Marywood. Activities included examples of Brain Gym exercises, chair yoga, and a speed-dating style discussion.
