Aquinas College celebrated a couple of familiar alumni during Homecoming Weekend. 2022 Honorees included:

Sr. Ann Mason ’60 was inducted into the Historical Commission Hall of Fame. Sr. Mary

Ann Barrett ’66 received the Alumni Distinguished Service Award.

Also awarded were Jeanette Pierce ’03 for Outstanding Alumna and Lisa Peterson ’13 for the Young Alumna Award.

Pictures were snapped and conversations flowed as the recipients and guests ended the evening socializing at the Sturrus Center.

Dominican Sister honorees reflected on aspects of their lives.

I do appreciate keeping in touch with former students and am happy to see them as successful in their lives and careers and who are making a real contribution to our world. I particular joy has been to have former students join the Mathematics Department at Aquinas as outstanding teachers. ~ Ann Mason, OP

I love Aquinas College and I’m proud to be in that number of AQ Saints who have “marched” through this beautiful campus…. and upon graduation, have made a difference in their families, in their communities, in their churches, in society, and even in politics. ~ Mary Ann Barrett, OP
