Full

I give myself completely to this present moment of prayer. I give each situation in life my all – my gifts, my energy, my concentration.

Active

With zeal, I proclaim the Word and profess my Beliefs. With spirit, I respond to my daily challenges and opportunities.

Conscious

I remain attentive as I sing, respond, gesture, and become the Body of Christ. I maintain mindfulness during each interaction with others.
