Sacred Sampling Morning Retreat

Sacred Sampling Morning Retreat

Saturday, May 2, 2025

9:00am – 11:00am EST

Cost: $45

You’re invited to stay afterwards for the Spiritual Formation Programs Open House 11am-12pm.

Curious about what the Dominican Center offers?

Come experience a sample of what our programs and retreats provide throughout the year in this Sacred Sampling Morning Retreat. It’s a “taste and see” retreat inspired by Psalm 34’s invitation to experience the goodness of God.

We will explore St. Kateri Tekakwitha’s life to give you a taste of our Foundations in Spirituality program.  Then we will guide you through four contemplative prayer practices to introduce you to some of the ways we cultivate connection with God.

Rather than focusing on mastery, this retreat invites curiosity, attentiveness, and openness to God’s presence. Set within the freshness of a spring morning, Sacred Sampling offers a spacious, welcoming environment for reflection and renewal.

Come taste. Come see. Be nourished.

“Taste and see that the Lord is good.”  ~  Psalm 34:8

Join us afterwards for our Spiritual Formation Programs Open House from 11am – 12pm!

We will have snacks and tents set up outside (weather permitting) where you can learn about and talk with facilitators and graduates of our programs:
