All has been well and will continue to be well as my spirit is quieted through the practice of centering prayer.

I am grateful for the support of community, family, and friends.

I look back to the grace of 20 years of teaching and 20 years of directing parish religious education programs. My present ministry, providing dietary support to our main kitchen staff, is both joyful and suited to my skills. All is well.
