The Dominican Sisters ~ Grand Rapids invite you for a unique seven-night Advent experience of prayer and song to quiet your heart and nurture your spirit during this most holy season.
Join us in-person or online for one night or all seven! Or mix it up and join us in-person for some, online for others. Whichever way you choose to join us, for however many nights you can, we are eager to share these beautiful and peace-filled moments of Advent with you.
There is no cost to join us, but registration is required to participate online.

- Please arrive early to be seated before service begins.
- Doors open at 5:30pm and close at 6:15pm after service has begun.
- Prayers begin promptly at 6:00pm.
- There is plenty of parking in front, overflow parking will be in the lot north of Marywood.
*In the case of inclement weather, all public participation will revert to online. We will publish this information on our website and send an email with a zoom link to those registered for in-person. Please check our webpage and your email if weather is questionable.

- Don’t forget to download the worship aid so you can fully participate from the comfort of your home! The same worship aid is used each evening.
**Reminder: During the Zoom webinar, we won’t be able to see or hear you, but you will be able to see and hear everything, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience!

The O Antiphons are short, Scripture-based Advent prayers from the Middle Ages that address Jesus using titles from various prophecies before His birth.
Our guest speakers will offer heartfelt reflections guiding us into deeper contemplation of the O Antiphon title each night. The prayer also includes a candle light procession.
