In her later years, Sister Joyce reflected on her desire to be a person of sincere compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. And then she added, “these must be topped with a lot of love, prayer, joy, and thankfulness. I am striving for these wonderful qualities as I live each day and look forward to the joyful coming of our Savior Jesus Christ.”
Sister Joyce’s life was long and well lived. May she be led into Paradise by the angels and saints to greet her loved ones.
