Today, Friday, Dec. 12, in Grand Rapids, Mich., we celebrated the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe with a Prayer Service for Sisters and guests at Aquinata Chapel.
This Feast Day is celebrated by Roman Catholics in many nations of the world. Our Dominican Sister, Edith Marie Schnell, OP, lives and ministers in Louisiana. Her parish, St. Paschal Church in West Monroe, LA., celebrated the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe on Thursday, Dec. 11. She shared photos from her parish celebration.
