SisterMario Pavoni

As a member of this community, I have had the most wonderful opportunities serving in two healing professions. Little did I realize the many ways I would be called upon to touch different souls through these ministries. I am grateful and humbled as I have been supported, encouraged and loved into life in this Dominican community.

On June 24, 1944, Betty Katherine Pavoni was born to Katherine Mattone Pavoni and Joseph Pavoni. Mary Jane followed in 1946 and Linda followed in 1950. Grand Rapids, Michigan was home until 1957 when the family relocated to Saginaw, Michigan. Entrance day was September 8, 1962 from S.S. Peter and Paul High School, Saginaw, Michigan. My professional career includes an Associate Degree as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a 40+ year ministry and a certification as a Guild Certified Feldenkrias Teacher.® These skills were used in various clinical settings. From 1995-2013 Looking In-Moving Out, Inc. was established to accommodate clients seeking assistance with the Feldenkrias Method ®. Currently my ministry is in a Rehabilitation setting with Holland Home while maintaining a small clientele, utilizing the Feldenkrias Method ® on the Marywood Campus.

I know well the plans I have in mind for you, says the Lord. - Jeremiah 29:11
