“You, God, have kept count of my tossings; put my tears in your bottle. Are they not in your record?” Psalm 56:8

The human experience of loss is inevitable but can also be supported in a variety of healing ways. Grief is an emotional reaction responding to loss and the internal work of grief is a process.

Come journey with your grief within a safe, hospitable community and experience support and healing. Explore and journey through stages of grief in this two-day, in-person, interactive retreat. We will use a variety of transformative practices and rituals with reflective pauses for integration to honor ways we might be affected by loss, to learn from it and love through it.

Grief is love with nowhere to go.

In this retreat, you will learn ways to nurture resiliency and enhance your capacity to honor your unique mourning process. You will also gain tools to aid in understanding and integrating the grief process and its significance to healing life’s losses.
