It’s stunning in August: our prairie habitat on the corner of Lakeside and Fulton in Grand Rapids. With assistance from friends, we make visible our Dominican commitment “that all the Earth is sacred and interconnected.” Friday, Aquinas student volunteers learned how natural habitats help Earth’s ecosystem and assisted with pruning, weeding and planting.
